請問各位，有誰知道下面的這個意思？我問客人提單是電放還是拿正本？
以下是他的回復，琢磨了一下沒有看懂

網友回答：看上去是誤解了LZ的提問吧,用這個詞issue，讓他產生對BL的理解偏差了。to issue the b/l to anyone, 為什么是他來簽提單呢建議再溝通一次：As per the shipping line's request, kindly advise whether you need the origina Bill of Lading for this lot of shipment picking-up??or not ? if not , we will apply with them for making telex release to you .
