our indemnity is valid until buyer confirm that good received are in compliance with the oem specification described in the contract and standard organization of nigeria (son) .

this indemnity is subject to the uniform rules for demand guarantees, icc publication no. 458, and governed by english law; place of jurisdiction is london, united kingdom.
