我們公司是貴金屬電接觸材料的，今天和一個印度客戶通郵件，由于上次對方拖款接近三個月，所以這次的1000k個訂單我們就要求對方預付50%貨款，但是印方不同意，經(jīng)過磋商，他們又提出先讓我們發(fā)500k，然后再把這500k的貨款打過來，剩下的500k個產(chǎn)品以同樣的方式，我們公司依然不同意，說即使先發(fā)500k個產(chǎn)品，也讓對方先付這500k個的50%貨款……后來又談了一下，他們就發(fā)來如下郵件：

send us your proforma invoice for 500000 pieces with payment terms as 50% advance and balance 50% 30 days after delivery date. we will arrange the payment.

然后我不確定意思，就又問了一下他們是不是把這1000k個改成500k個，但是他們又發(fā)來了如下郵件：

we mean we want to keep our order of 1000k as it is, we will take 500k first and then we will take
balance 500k. so please send your proforma invoice immediately to apply in our bank for 50%
payment of first lot of 500k pieces.

誰能給我翻譯下這兩段話啊！！！到底說的什么意思喃？謝謝高手的指點！！
