[接單]嘗試-尼日利亞客戶(hù)!!

經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間和福友門(mén),外貿(mào)前輩的溝通我發(fā)現(xiàn),我犯了個(gè)錯(cuò)誤。
本來(lái)想借案例來(lái)讓大家學(xué)習(xí),談?wù)摚墒菂s變成了誤導(dǎo)。

聲明: 1》本案例只代表本人和我的這一位尼日利亞客戶(hù)的溝通流程,里面有很多偶然性,不代表本人從事外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)待所有國(guó)家客戶(hù)的態(tài)度。
2》本案例,我只是一次試驗(yàn),我本身也沒(méi)有對(duì)此客戶(hù)報(bào)有很大希望。但是之前看過(guò)一句話:誰(shuí)也不知道奇跡什么時(shí)候發(fā)生。不嘗試就一點(diǎn)機(jī)會(huì)也沒(méi)有了

看了前輩的案例后,總感覺(jué)像是虧欠了別人似的,所以也發(fā)一下自己的一個(gè)客戶(hù)的案例吧。
小弟剛剛從事外貿(mào)大概6個(gè)月了,英語(yǔ)4級(jí)沒(méi)有過(guò),口語(yǔ)不行,只好書(shū)信往來(lái)(大部分還都是機(jī)器翻譯工具幫忙)

客戶(hù)的詢(xún)盤(pán),來(lái)之MIC

網(wǎng)友回答:一般和客戶(hù)交往,我不會(huì)在第一封郵件中報(bào)價(jià)的,那樣沒(méi)有效果,純粹浪費(fèi)時(shí)間。不過(guò)對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)客戶(hù)來(lái)講又一樣了個(gè)人認(rèn)為(不知道有沒(méi)有錯(cuò)誤)貿(mào)易的第一步是建立,或者說(shuō)混個(gè)臉熟其次是讓客戶(hù)了解你這個(gè)人 專(zhuān)業(yè)不專(zhuān)業(yè),然后是介紹公司的情況,介紹產(chǎn)品最后才是報(bào)價(jià)。一始就把價(jià)格報(bào)出去了,你就省了中間環(huán)節(jié),等待的結(jié)果就是 ? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?要么客戶(hù)說(shuō)你價(jià)格高(這種客戶(hù)還想生意),? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?要么就是沒(méi)有消息。? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?要么就是下單(小概率事件)如果你老板這樣認(rèn)為的話,我個(gè)人不敢認(rèn)同,? ?不知道其他前輩如何看待,歡迎探討

網(wǎng)友回答:謝謝。外貿(mào)我也才始。之前教我法律的老師告訴我 現(xiàn)在受全球金融危機(jī)影響,你要轉(zhuǎn)變思路,老的方法不行了。所以我的郵件也沒(méi)有按照常規(guī)的套路來(lái)。 什么事情都是要用心去的,現(xiàn)在雖然是困難時(shí)期,機(jī)會(huì)還是有的現(xiàn)在我最缺乏的:1》是英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和聽(tīng)力? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?2》很多商業(yè)談判從來(lái)都沒(méi)有經(jīng)歷過(guò),不知道怎么進(jìn)展,讓人一看就知道是個(gè)新手,什么都不懂,? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?3》客戶(hù)來(lái)看廠,一看是個(gè)毛小子,英語(yǔ)也不咋地,有時(shí)候會(huì)有中受騙的感覺(jué)? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?4》沒(méi)有經(jīng)歷系統(tǒng)專(zhuān)業(yè)的外貿(mào)培訓(xùn),只能自己摸著石頭過(guò)河,難免出現(xiàn)笑話

網(wǎng)友回答:謝謝,之前就聽(tīng)人說(shuō)英語(yǔ)很重要,在始工作的幾個(gè)月里,了3筆生意,都是在郵件中解決的也沒(méi)有給客戶(hù)電話,所以自己也就錯(cuò)誤的認(rèn)為,英語(yǔ)并不是很重要,直到上周 接待一個(gè)歐洲大客戶(hù)的中國(guó)市場(chǎng)代表,看看人家業(yè)務(wù)熟練,專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)到位,英語(yǔ)可以直接和國(guó)外上層直接溝通,真的很羨慕前天美國(guó)客戶(hù)又給電話,我也不的不大懂,只好讓他們發(fā)郵件給我。 現(xiàn)在一碰到客戶(hù)給我打電話就頭疼,聽(tīng)不懂啊。---這個(gè)案例中的客戶(hù),最后沒(méi)有合作。09年的時(shí)候,出過(guò)一票貨物到尼日利亞,不過(guò)客戶(hù)是尼日利亞在山東來(lái)培訓(xùn)的飛行員的,貨物應(yīng)該是發(fā)到天津港出口的,清關(guān)是客戶(hù)自己安排的。
