網(wǎng)友回答:LC沒有定金不好。特別是巴西海關(guān)比較嚴(yán)格,隨時都會有問題。

網(wǎng)友回答:地區(qū)獨(dú)家銷權(quán)是很常見的了,主要看產(chǎn)品了。你這個客戶要exclusivity 也很正常,你們可以簽exclusivity agreement嘛,一是讓客戶支付exclusivity deposit, 不過現(xiàn)在很多客戶都不愿意的。二是提高價格,一般簽訂exclusivity 的客戶都會接受價格加成的。多少個點(diǎn)就看你們與客戶的角力了。至于LC,這類場的客戶是讓人最頭痛的,基本上都是要求遠(yuǎn)期60天90天的了。。。看你們愿不愿接了。如果要,提醒注意1個是付款盡量爭取在國內(nèi),不要在證行付款,2是單據(jù)提交日期以交到議付行為準(zhǔn),這樣可以節(jié)省幾天時間。。。細(xì)節(jié)的自己多把握了。。。LC遠(yuǎn)期的風(fēng)險還是會有一點(diǎn)的了,重要的是壓了大筆資金,如果有需要,可以Q我,我們公司LC斷融資,可以為你審核信用證,具體的你有需求了再說吧。。我QQ:856****5
