深圳的天氣不大好,但是我的心情卻十分朗。經(jīng)過(guò)了將近兩個(gè)月的時(shí)間我終于完成了我的第一單。數(shù)量不多,只有24樣產(chǎn)品,30件貨,9個(gè)方,但是怎么說(shuō)也是我的第一個(gè)訂單。我想把我的單原過(guò)程,經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)一起分享給大家,希望能給初學(xué)者點(diǎn)一下明燈,給老業(yè)務(wù)員作一作參考。

首先,我們是一家有進(jìn)出口權(quán)的外貿(mào)公司,專營(yíng)家具出口,家具貨值有大有小,體積比較大。一般樣品單過(guò)后就是柜單,利潤(rùn)對(duì)于公司來(lái)說(shuō)也是比較客觀,但是由于不是工廠,既要回避工廠,又要回避客戶,所以有時(shí)拼柜都要在深圳公司本地進(jìn)行,十分麻煩。價(jià)格又無(wú)法和工廠競(jìng)爭(zhēng),可以說(shuō)是在夾縫生存,由此我們的客戶群就已經(jīng)無(wú)法是老中國(guó)或者專業(yè)家。俱我統(tǒng)計(jì),我在網(wǎng)上找到的這些客戶,80%連提單,fob是什么都不知道的。但是對(duì)于總結(jié)性的話題來(lái)說(shuō),我當(dāng)時(shí)我這個(gè)保加利亞客戶的時(shí)候并不了解這一切,甚至造成了一時(shí)的balance風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。無(wú)論如何,我先從認(rèn)識(shí)到磋商始講起吧。

當(dāng)時(shí)是來(lái)自trade big的一封詢盤:很簡(jiǎn)短,但是看得出不是套價(jià)客戶。

當(dāng)時(shí),我沒有報(bào)價(jià),只是把詳細(xì)的catalogue發(fā)了過(guò)去,并且詢問(wèn)了一下對(duì)方公司的情況(sorry i he lost the mail)提出了一些問(wèn)題例如最小定量,是否能一次柜。目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)是哪里,能否接受付款方式。并且把網(wǎng)站給他,要他把感興趣的item no告訴我。當(dāng)時(shí)客戶就給我發(fā)了封:

we are a trading company, wholesaler and retailer of various bathroom furniture for the past years now.

we are dealing with wholesalers, hardware and furniture chains as well as retail shops. we he our own distribution network for our offered bathroom furniture and alongside with that two retail studios for modern furnishing.

for our enlarging of offered items we he directed our interest towards modern furniture of trendy and modern design on reasonable and competitive prices. for this purpose we are looking for manufacturers who can supply us with small qty’s and bigger variety of furniture on a regualr basis.

our two ports of dispatch are ningbo and guangzhou. we are also looking for ready made furniture which can be shipped asap.

after we checked your web page however we will need fuller information on offered items by you such as colour catalogues and small samples of fabric.

we would also like to comment on your min. qty – one 20 “fcl. we deal with other chinese suppliers by combining loads in 20 and 40 “ containers. however, as your furniture is very versatile and you he many models it will not be possible for us for first trial orders to import full 20”. in our long-term practice we prefer to buy smaller qty’s more frequently to keep up with trend changes.

also in furniture line we will just be beginning to offer new furniture and will require at least one full year until we can be sure which models are suitable on local market.

all the more we he to try out your items first on local market and see demand, quality and competitive price.

re: payment terms – your offered pmt terms are the same as our pmt terms 30% t/t and 70% balance pmt upon original b/l so it is ok.

當(dāng)時(shí)在這個(gè)過(guò)程中我犯了幾個(gè)錯(cuò)誤,但是也不能說(shuō)絕對(duì)的錯(cuò)誤,因?yàn)槲覀兪峭赓Q(mào)公司,所以對(duì)于墊款方面我們必須先把錢墊給工廠發(fā)貨,進(jìn)倉(cāng),船后才能拿到提單,而現(xiàn)在接受了見提單付款而不是發(fā)貨前付款,等于是占用了資金并存在一定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。所以在這個(gè)時(shí)候其實(shí)沒有和客戶磋商付款方式應(yīng)該選有更有利一點(diǎn)的方式,比如樣品單前t/t 100%。或者是50%or 70% before delivery。第二個(gè)很大的錯(cuò)誤是沒有把客戶寫的這些item no仔細(xì)核實(shí)一下是哪些廠的,客戶的少,一款一兩個(gè),但是后來(lái)才發(fā)現(xiàn)這些貨24件竟然有七家廠。而且大部分廠選擇樣品t/t全款,造成了又一陣被動(dòng),墊出去的款實(shí)際上超過(guò)占用資金是要算利息的,這樣也沒有想到,自己貿(mào)易公司的財(cái)力是不可以和工廠去拼的。

網(wǎng)友回答:客戶問(wèn)題解決了,繼續(xù)講和工廠的磨合。當(dāng)客戶的訂金到了之后,老板便要我去和工廠簽銷合同,而我先也沒有發(fā)現(xiàn),原來(lái)自己的貨是七個(gè)廠的。而同時(shí)也得到了一個(gè)很不好的消息,客戶的進(jìn)倉(cāng)庫(kù)期竟然排到了15天后。那就表明,我需要在15天內(nèi)材料,要他們貨,給他們付款,并在款到后讓QC驗(yàn)貨,簽名后付余款。而且很多散的工廠是有可能不的,只有可能T/T全款后要老板去交涉。并且在發(fā)貨前付款后將他們?nèi)坷缴钲趤?lái),在我的眼皮底入倉(cāng),而且知道了,深圳兩家廠,順德三家廠,東莞和韶關(guān)各一家廠。當(dāng)時(shí)我完全傻眼了。。我在沒法的同時(shí)進(jìn)退兩難,又不能直接告訴客戶,又不能為幾件貨影響到工廠的關(guān)系,沒有法一次性了七份購(gòu)銷合同,在同一天傳給工廠,將樣品時(shí)間到8~9天,延期后產(chǎn)生費(fèi)用都得很大。質(zhì)量要求也很嚴(yán)。其實(shí)當(dāng)時(shí)我沒有顧及到一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),包裝。造成了一張2000多,毛利1300多的床包裝出了很大的問(wèn)題。我這里想分享的經(jīng)驗(yàn)是:對(duì)于大型貨物走散時(shí)一定要訂木架包裝。過(guò)了四天,工廠的一張樣品從韶關(guān)寄過(guò)來(lái)了,因?yàn)楫?dāng)時(shí)不知道有貨運(yùn)可以操作而直接走的快遞,一張按摩椅花了150元。當(dāng)時(shí)被老板罵
